Pet Policy

We strive to create a pet-friendly community while ensuring the comfort and safety of all our residents. Please review the following pet policy:

1. Acceptance of Pets: Management has the discretion to accept or decline a pet.
2. Number and Type of Pets: A maximum of two (2) domestic pets are allowed per apartment.
3. Fish Tanks: Residents on the 1st floor are permitted to have one fish tank, not exceeding twenty (20) gallons.
4. Behavioral Expectations: Pets must demonstrate good behavior. Aggressiveness towards people or other animals, or nuisance behavior, will not be tolerated.
5. Pet Interviews: Management reserves the right to meet and “interview” all pets. A photograph of each pet will be kept on file.
6. Third-Party Pet Screening: We use a third-party pet screening service. All residents are required to create a pet profile for each of their animals. This process helps us ensure the safety and well-being of all pets and residents in our community.
7. Assistance Animals: Assistance animals for persons with disabilities are not considered pets and are exempt from breed and size restrictions.
