Sign a 12-month lease by October 31, 2026 and receive one month free on select apartment homes at The Pearl on University. Apply within 24 hours of your tour and, once approved, your application fee is on us. Approved screening required. Terms apply.

BE PREPARED:

  • Provide basic personal information
  • Submit rental history
  • Furnish proof of income
  • Furnish bank statements to validate income
  • Upload your government ID and social security card for background checks
  • Pay a non-refundable $50 application fee per adult applicant for background and credit checks

Once the fee is paid, you’ll be guided through the remaining steps of the application process.
