Inside the apartments
The community offers three floor plans: a 550 square foot studio, an 825 square foot one-bedroom with one bath, and a 1,000 square foot two-bedroom with 1.5 baths. Homes have large kitchens with updated appliances, an in-unit dishwasher, and all-new HVAC units.
On site
Residents can use the dog park, the open courtyard with a pergola, and the onsite laundry facility. Dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per home. Ask the leasing office about pet fees and rules.

Leases and availability
The Pearl on University offers standard 12-month leases. Current pricing and availability can change, so confirm them with the leasing office at 844-455-0484. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and the office is closed on Sunday.
